If we do not receive a claim within this timeframe, the product will be considered received and downloaded, and no refund will be issued.
- Download or unzipping issues: If you experience problems downloading or unzipping the product, please report these issues using our contact form within 3 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in your refund request being declined.
- Major defects: While we thoroughly test all products before release, unexpected errors may occur. If you encounter a defect, please submit a report via our contact form. We reserve the right to resolve the issue within 72 hours. If we confirm a defect and are unable to fix it within 72 hours of receiving your initial complaint, we will issue a full refund without additional compensation or, at your choice, offer a replacement product of similar value.
